SIX THINGS

Old Dog says....

There are simply six things that a dog really and sincerely cares about or else they are dog napping.

1. Whether someone is petting them. 

2. Whether someone is giving them a treat.

3. Whether someone is throwing a ball or a frisbee. 

4. Whether someone is sniffing their back end.

5. Whether someone is saying to them, “Want to go for a ride !"

6. Whether someone is saying to then, "Whose A Pretty Boy !....You're A Pretty boy !....Oh Yes You Are !....Oh Yes You Are !!!!

Now, Old Dog says....Number Six is very possibly the secret to "World Peace". It is believed that if before any negotiation between the Israelis and the Palestinians (and possibly even between the Republicans and Democrats), they began with telling each other that they are a "pretty boy" or "pretty girl" there would be peace.

Hey !! It seems to work with babies, asking them "Whose so cute ?"...keeps them smiling and giggling. 

Old Dog recommends that you can add to this manifestation of World Peace by walking up to people and complimenting them (especially strangers…”I mean my Mother taught me to talk to strangers).

Such as “Sister, that is a lovely color you are wearing or Brother, "Great hat" or to an Elder, "Thank you for brightening my day with your brilliant white hair.” Then stand back and watch the smile or look of confusion in response to the gift you offer.

Each act of affirmation , while small like a drop of water contributes and can eventually rain Peace upon Mother Earth.
